Eat every 13 minutes to lose weight?

The diet of 13 minutes. Yes, and you read it, this is a meal plan where if you lose weight you have to eat every 13 minutes, that simple and that complex at once.

It is a diet created by Norah Lane, founder of Vitaline Slimming Clubs and is designed to accelerate your metabolism. It is a 14-day plan in which you are going to become addicted to snacks, so if you are of those who love to relieve anxiety taking something in the mouth, this is your plan.

The idea is to eat frequently, every 13 minutes just to lose three kilos in two weeks. But it's not going to be able to eat anything but snacks that are specific (thought it would be so easy).

Some of the features of the diet:

  • For two weeks you have to choose a breakfast, lunch and dinner each day different, low in calories, of course. Between each meal and every 13 minutes you have to eat a small snack.
  • Snacks may be small pieces of vegetables, smaller than a fingernail. For example: carrots, cucumbers, cauliflower, asparagus and broccoli.
  • You also have to intersperse small pieces of protein like chicken, fish, eggs, cottage cheese, or bacon.
  • You can put vegetables and protein with no problems; you can even add balsamic vinegar.
  • You can add your snacks half a glass of semi-skimmed milk.
  • Is forbidden to drink drinks that have calories. You can only drink water, tea and coffee with milk as a supplement, or diet drinks.

I'm not a big fan of these diets "fantastic", and in particular this ... less. I think it already is quite difficult to follow because only imagine that I have to be for two weeks pending eat every 13 minutes ... I doubt it's a meal plan to carry out practical.

On the other hand, says nothing about what happens after two weeks. Maybe it's good for the anxious, but I doubt that good results are achieved by eating every 13 minutes, however small the snack.
